TUESDAY JUNE 5, 2007

After the morning breakfast, we walked over to the
C-Span offices where we met Brian Lamb and toured
their facilities. I did not take the 2 hour DC bus tour on this day,
so that I could meet with SC Congressman Joe Wilson. That night,
we were guests and attended the Time Warner Cable Crystal Apple
Teacher Awards dinner at a nearby hotel.

One of the highlights of the four days in Washington DC: getting to meet with my Congressional representatives.  Here I am meeting Tuesday June 5 with Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC) in his office on the Hill. I presented him a copy of my new book.
